We live and play in the Pacific Northwest on Puget Sound where Orca whale migrations are legendary. Orcas are not only a huge tourist attraction here, but also considered a local area "favorite son." They are a constant delight to residents who even lovingly name the whales, their offspring and the different pods (groups).

For us, Orcas are an inspiration personally and professionally.

There's a reason we named our company ORCA.

The Orca, of the oceanic dolphin family, sometimes called Killer Whales, innately display sophisticated social techniques, complex alliances and cooperative behavior with each other and within their respective pods.

We at ORCA HR Solutions, identify with these traits. Humans, within their own organizational settings, do much better and achieve a higher rate of measured success when practicing these important behaviors.

By assisting you and your team with these important practices and more, we're creating your desirable future.

We Give Back

We Support NPH USA (Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos, Spanish for “our little brothers and sisters).
NPH has raised more than 3100 orphaned, abandoned and disadvantaged children in South America, and an additional 3100 children living outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and healthcare.  NPH community outreach programs provided over 140,000 services in 2017.
We proudly support the American Cancer Society.
The ACS funds breakthrough research, offers free lodging near treatment sites, operates a 24/7/365 live helpline and provides rides to treatment. This is far from a complete list, but when it comes to cancer, ACS attacks it from every angle possible.
We partner with Neural EducationThe Institute for Connecting Neuroscience with Teaching and Learning.
This is a grassroots community of classroom educators whose goal is to increase teacher capacity by introducing neuroscience into classroom practice. That translates into teaching methods that deliver powerful student improvements.
