Over 25 years in business and leadership have sculpted Amy's muscles in managing change, growing strong leaders, and empowering organizations to reach their goals. During her ten years working for Microsoft, she worked with executives on leadership development and effectiveness, creating and landing strategic initiatives, and driving business results through strong culture. As chief of staff for a multi-billion dollar global team, Amy was responsible for enabling business learning and accountability, and led the internal communication and culture charge. Throughout her career, she co-founded and led diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and groups to make change real for everyone.
Amy’s work as a coach is focused on building EQ-based leadership and managing healthy change. She has coached leaders, managers and executives at companies such as Microsoft, Zulily, Gates Ventures, PwC, SeaGen, and Google, as well as startups and nonprofits. Her approach is to help leaders drive change in themselves and their teams with empathy, authenticity and impact.
Based in the Seattle area with her family, Amy loves to cook, travel and volunteer with organizations like Braver Angels and ICF WA. Amy lives and breathes her values: Integrity, Care, Courage, Curiosity, and Creativity every day and brings them to the clients she works with.
