Bjorn Bonholzer

Bjorn brings 15 years of experience within the learning and development space. Having built and scaled employee-centric programs from the ground-up in tech start-up, international e-gaming, Fortune 500 retail, not-for-profit agencies, and hyper growth coffee companies, Bjorn describes his work as being the “architect and general contractor” of designing leadership development strategies.

As an accredited coach, his focus is on leadership development -- values, intrinsic behaviors and strengths -- and supporting with new and emerging leaders with designing their desired leadership style. He has coached managers and directors from Alaska Airlines, Eastern Bank, State Bar of California, Black Rifle Coffee Company, among others.

Outside of coaching, Bjorn is an adjunct professor of management for his alma mater, Central Washington University’s College of Business. He is also a Board member with Oregon Outdoor Alliance, a 501(c)3 organization focused on bringing Oregon’s outdoor industry together.

With a passion for open spaces, Bjorn spends his free time fly fishing on a quiet river, trail running with this dog, skiing, and golfing. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Bjorn now enjoys the high desert and 300+ days of sunshine in Bend, OR.
