George Brewster

George brings 25 years of business and coaching experience to his clients. He started professionally working for Brinker Capital, an Investment Advisory firm, where he moved from back office operations to sales. He eventually helped open their initial west coast office and raised over $60 million in assets under management. He then worked for Jupiter Communications in the early days of the internet and worked with Amazon, Microsoft, Starbuck’s, Nordstrom’s and Boeing as clients. He was an early employee for Tamarac Inc, a financial services software company that ultimately sold to Envestnet. His final corporate role was at Washington Mutual, where he was responsible for building out the sales management program for the Retail Bank that was delivered to all 5,000 branch and assistant managers.

Since 2010 George has been providing business consulting and executive coaching. In that time he has helped a CEO & Founder to grow his professional services leadership team as the firm experienced rapid growth. He has also helped the senior leaders at an established software company build an innovative team that launched a new product and achieved profitability in just under eighteen months. George’s executive coaching focuses on senior leaders and new managers to help them and their teams develop emotional intelligence to achieve improved performance. George is dedicated to expanding leadership development’s focus on increasing self-awareness and presence to stay grounded and effective amid incredible change and duress. Most recently he has returned to Seattle after living in Spain for two years with his family so that he could face change and cultural diversity head on in order to learn and grow through it all; just like how he helps the clients he works with.

George has coached leaders at all levels within Professional and Financial Services, Healthcare and Software.
