Jessie Gibson is a Business Manager for ORCA HR Solutions. Jessie has 15 years of experience managing and operating in industries such as restaurant/catering, construction and professional services. Jessie is passionate about working with today's leaders to help them and their organizations become the most successful they can be. Her wonderful customer experience and organizational skills combine to ensure client engagements and workshop participants have great success.  

Jessie lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband and four children and her favorite hobby is cooking!  She also enjoys reading and working in her garden.
