Loala brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in a variety of industries, including managed services, banking, insurance and medical devices. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Loala led all HR functions for a global medical device company with operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Loala has extensive experience in driving quality people programs that build culture and support the company’s mission, values and goals.

Her HR background includes executive coaching, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Loala is a Seattle native, and enjoys reading, cooking, yoga and running. She volunteers with local schools, shelters and food banks. Loala lives in the North end with her husband and two children.

As a coach, Loala is passionate about supporting women in leadership. This can take many forms, including leadership of companies, communities, teams, and family. Loala works with leaders at all levels of experience: CEOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors, small business owners and front-line leaders.
