Renee Metty specializes in Organizational Culture, Coaching and Leadership Development at ORCA HR Solutions, building on over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups in high-pressure situations.
Renee‘s unique coaching perspective draws on her corporate background combined with formal training in mindfulness, body language, conscious business, conversational intelligence, emotional intelligence and education. Renee earned two Master Degrees from Boston College – an M.Ed in Early Childhood Education and Special Education - and is a Board Certified Executive Coach. She is pursuing her PhD in Business Psychology with a focus on the impact of self-awareness on leadership, organizational development and company culture.
Renee helps new leaders discover confidence and facilitate organizational effectiveness and change with ease. Renee has expertise in strategic planning and leadership development, working directly with business owners to design an intentional path forward and helping architect a successful future. Renee works across a wide field of industries including high tech, finance, education, creative agencies, and startups. Her signature methodology to growth and development walks people through three phases offering a broader perspective on leadership outcomes.

Renee founded The Cove School, a mindfulness based preschool and remains involved as a strategist to keep the businesses vision and strategy aligned.
