Our awe for these majestic creatures who live and play in our backyard in the Pacific Northwest, lies not only in their majesty but in how Orcas – often referred to as killer whales (they are at the top of their food chain) share some surprisingly similar behavioral traits to ourselves.

We live and play in the Pacific Northwest near Puget Sound, with its countless inhabited and rustic islands, and the Pacific Ocean which holds a plethora of sea life, such as the great salmon runs and whale migrations.

One of our favorite ocean characters is the Orca, of the oceanic dolphin family, sometimes called Killer Whales. We identify with their sophisticated social techniques, complex alliances, and cooperative behavior and activities – just as people are required to practice in any company wishing to be successful.

C-IQ Catalyst Tool provides infromative results:

The red bars represent Cortisol producing conversational behaviours. When we are in conversations, we almost always activate both Oxytocin and Cortisol and it's the blance between the two that gets translated into our patterns of behavior when we are in conversations.

Green bars represent tocin producing conversational behaviors that we use everyday engage in with others. Oxytocin, which is both a neurotransmitter and a hormone opens us up to more and better conversations.

The C-IQ Catalyst Tool takes 5 minutes to complete and gives us a profile of our engagement patters with others. We can take the C-IQ Catalyst Tool relative to many different people we communicate with. Each profile reveals our "interaction dynamics' relative to the people we identify as we use the tool.

Team Assessments
