Susan Gleissner

Susan brings 10 years of experience coaching executives, teams and leaders at all levels in both private and public sector organizations, including General Mills and Hennepin County. Over the course of her career, she has led teams in food manufacturing, designed and led enterprise-wide organizational changes, and provided organization development consulting for startups, small businesses, government agencies and more.
While her career began in engineering, she was quickly drawn towards coaching as a way to help leaders discover and realize their potential. Her experience changing careers to move towards her passion uniquely positions her to support leaders through significant changes.
Susan believes that our careers can be our life’s greatest adventure. And, as leaders navigate the twists and turns along the trajectory of their career, they need space for exploration and discovery to reach their full potential. Her coaching practice balances encouragement with challenge, transparency with non-judgement, and centers both confidentiality and strengths. She is committed to the lifelong work of allyship and the pursuit of equity.
An outdoor adventurer at heart, Susan spends her free time exploring destinations around the world and trails close to home in Minnesota.
